Sign-in links work once and for 15 minutes. The one you opened was already used, or it's older than that.
What to do
- Choose Send a new link on that page, or start again from the sign-in page.
- Open the newest email, and do it within 15 minutes.
- Open it on the device where you want to be signed in: a link signs you in where you open it.

Tell us which email app you use and what you saw. A person on the team replies by email.
