"You've used your Romy credits", or "Not enough Romy credits left" when a job costs more than you have. Nothing was charged.
What still works
Your CVs, letters and applications are all still there, and you can keep editing them yourself. Templates, tracking and PDF exports never use credits.
What to do
- Wait for your monthly credits: 50 credits arrive every month on the day you joined, and the notice says when.
- Need them sooner? Choose Ask the team for credits and say what you're working on. Rolebranch is free during the beta, so there's nothing to buy.
If that doesn't work
If you think your credits ran out too soon, tell us what you were working on. A person on the team replies by email.
