In short: Every new account gets 100 welcome credits that never expire, from the WELCOME coupon, and 50 more arrive every month on the day you joined. Monthly credits that go unused don't roll over.
What you get
- 100 welcome credits when you join, from the WELCOME coupon: it applies on its own, so there's no code to type. They never expire.
- 50 credits every month, on the day of the month you joined. What's left of them when the next month's arrive doesn't roll over.
- Credits the team adds when you ask, and coupons you redeem. Permanent ones never expire; a coupon's credits for this month lapse with your monthly credits.
There are no plans and no payments: Rolebranch is free during the beta.
Which credits Romy uses first
Romy spends this month's credits first, then the permanent ones: your welcome credits, coupons and credits from the team. So the credits that would lapse are the ones used up first.
Where to see them
Settings › Credits shows what's left of this month's and of your permanent credits, when the next monthly credits arrive, and the history of what Romy did and what it cost.
If that doesn't work
If your credits look wrong, tell us what you expected to see. A person on the team replies by email.
