The stages
An application starts as Saved, then moves to Applied and Interviewing as your search goes on. You move it yourself, on the board or in the application, and the time it spends in each stage is kept.
The 7-day check-in
When an application has sat in Applied for 7 days without moving, Rolebranch asks: did you hear back? Answer it, or snooze the question for another 7 days. It keeps asking until you do one or the other.
Why it asks
Home counts how your search is going, like how often you hear back and how long it takes. A check-in keeps those numbers true to what happened.
