In short: Romy predicts 8 to 10 likely questions from the posting and the kind of interview, outlines answers from your CV and shows the gaps to prepare. Then practise: type an answer and she says what worked and what was missing.
Building your prep pack
- In the application, open Interview prep and say what kind of interview it is, who you'll meet and anything you know about it.
- Build the pack. It costs 10 credits and takes about 30 seconds.
- Go through the likely questions. Each is tied to what the posting asks for, with an outline drawn from your CV. Where an outline needs a number, it's yours to fill in.
Practising
Choose Practice this one on a question, type your answer, and Romy says what worked, what was missing and how it could be tighter, using only your facts. Each answer's feedback costs 1 credit.
Good to know
Romy doesn't browse the web and can't know the real questions. She predicts them from the posting and the kind of interview, so treat the list as practice, not a script.
If that doesn't work
Tell us about the interview and what went wrong. A person on the team replies by email.
