Reading a posting from a link

ApplicationsUpdated 30 Sep 20261 min read

In short: Paste a posting's link and Romy opens it and fills in the role, the requirements and the keywords for you to check. Some job boards block reading; then paste the posting's text instead. Reading a posting is free.

How it works

In New application, paste the posting's whole link, starting with https://. Romy opens the page, pulls out the role, the requirements and the keywords, and fills in the details for you to check before the application is added.

When a page won't open

Most company career pages work. Some job boards only show postings to signed-in people, or block reading, so there's nothing for Romy to read. When that happens:

  1. Open the posting yourself, select all of it and copy it.
  2. Paste it in the posting text box and choose Read the text.
  3. Rather type it yourself? Fill in yourself lets you enter the details by hand.

If that doesn't work

Send us the link and what you saw. A person on the team replies by email.
