In short: Romy won't make up facts. When a highlight needs a number or a detail your CV doesn't give, she leaves a blank for you. Add the real fact, or leave that part out.
What you saw
A change from Romy with a gap in it, where a result or a number would go, and a note: "Romy won't make up facts."
Why it happens
A highlight reads best with a measured result, but Romy only knows what's in your CV and what you've told her. Rather than guess a number, she leaves the place for it empty. This is on purpose: a made-up result on a CV is worse than none.
What to do
- Type the real fact into the blank, then accept the change.
- No number to give? Choose Leave out to drop that part, or reject the change.
- A change with a blank in it can't be accepted until the blank is filled, so none slips into your CV unnoticed.
If that doesn't work
If Romy put a number in that you didn't give her, send it to us. A person on the team replies by email.
