## What each job costs

- Complete preparation (AI comparison, tailored CV and letter): 10 credits
- Tailored CV: 5 credits
- Cover letter: 3 credits
- AI comparison of your CV and a posting: 2 credits
- Interview preparation: 10 credits
- Written CV review: 2 credits
- Feedback on a practice answer: 1 credit
- A reply when you chat with Romy about your CV: 1 credit
- Questions about Rolebranch, import, posting reading, match and score: Free

## What never uses credits

Editing your CVs and letters yourself, the templates, tracking your applications and exporting PDFs never use credits.

## Before anything is charged

Romy shows what a job costs before it runs, and you choose whether to go ahead. Failed or cancelled work isn't charged.

## If that doesn't work

If a charge looks wrong, tell us which job it was. A person on the team replies by email.
