# Export everything

> Settings › Account › Your data puts your master CVs, applications, letters and Romy chats in one ZIP and emails you when it is ready.

## Step by step

1. Open **Settings › Account** and find **Your data**.
2. Choose **Request download**. The ZIP is prepared in the background; you can cancel the request until work on it starts.
3. When it's ready, we email you. Download it from the email or from the same place in Settings; the page shows how long it stays available.

## What's in it

Your master CVs, your applications, your letters and your Romy chats. For a single CV as a PDF, export it from the CV itself; that uses no credits.

## If that doesn't work

If the download couldn't be prepared, request it again. If it fails twice, tell us. A person on the team replies by email.
